Who is your Dream Team?

It’s just you, as you, the Mind, Brain Body, Human Spirit, and Aware Consciousness all connecting as one in friendship. You are not separate. They are not the enemy, they are you in wholeness, as your Dream Team.

They are all just you, as you, the thinking, talking, growing, and loving you, all becoming the awareness of each other as you, all loving you in friendship, all connecting as one, as you in relationship.

It’s just you, as you, the Mind, experiencing your life as one in friendship with you, gathering information, creating beliefs, identities, stories, and perceptions about life, all connecting as one in relationship.

It’s just you, as you, the Brain Body, experiencing your life as one in friendship with you, creating perceptions, and feeelings about the physical and spiritual world, all connecting as one in relationship.

It’s just you, as you, the Human Spirit, longing to grow, love, be kind to others, creating an inner awakening to friendship, self love, wisdom, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, courage, intimacy, and inner wholeness, all connecting as you in relationship.

It’s just you, as you, the Aware Consciousness as the essential illumination for the spark of friendship for the Mind, Brain Body, and Human Spirit, connecting as one in relationship.

There is no separation, just wholeness.

There are no enemies, just friends.
